We develop a structured five-phase process that covers everything from receiving the request to the full optimization of production. Each stage is designed to ensure the final product meets and exceeds the customer’s specifications, supported by engineering, control, and traceability at every step.

Acquisition
We analyze project requirements and feasibility, prepare a quotation, and develop a master plan. This phase sets the scope, timeline, and resources to ensure a controlled and successful program start.
Tooling design
We create efficient manufacturing tools and processes, validating concepts with the client. We establish layout, equipment, and quality control to guarantee precision and stable production.
Process set up and validation
We conduct tests and initial production runs, validating processes through PPAP. The team is trained to ensure operations meet required quality and performance standards.
Launch
We start controlled production and monitor key indicators closely. We assess performance, quality, and efficiency to ensure a smooth transition from validation to continuous production, minimizing risks.
Production
We enhance efficiency while maintaining consistent quality. Key indicators are tracked to ensure each batch meets customer specifications and Klumex’s high standards of excellence.

Our process is divided into five key phases: diagnosis and analysis, product and process design, material selection, mold manufacturing, and validation/optimization. Each stage is designed to ensure maximum quality and efficiency in delivering your project.
To begin, we need the 3D design of the part (in STEP, STP, or IGS format), a mechanical drawing or a physical part, the desired production volume, the required material, and the weight of the part. If you already have a mold, it is also important to share that information.
The delivery time depends on the complexity of the project, the production volume, and the availability of materials. Once all the information is received, we will provide you with a detailed estimate of the work schedule.
