or short privacy notices that the Responsible Party" has made available to you and aims to
inform you about the primary and secondary purposes for which your personal data will be

The Responsible Party will have a maximum period of twenty days to cease using your data.

consent, the Responsible Party will notify that third party of the revocation so that appropriate

user can access or modify their profile at any time using their customer number or by sending

You have the right to:

Any other document or evidence that facilitates the location of the personal data in question.
If the personal data subject to the request have been shared with a third party prior to the date
of your request for access, rectification, objection, or cancellation, the Responsible Party will
inform such third parties of your request so that they may process it accordingly.
Furthermore, we inform you that you have the right to initiate a Data Protection Procedure
before the Federal Institute of Access to Information and Data Protection (www.ifai.gob.mx)
within fifteen days following the date you receive the response from the Responsible Party if
the Responsible Party has not responded to your request within the 20-day period from the
date of receipt of your request.

The Responsible Party only transfers information to web hosting companies with which it has
an ongoing legal relationship in order to maintain, update, and manage its websites, through
which it informs its clients and users about activities, promotions, events, studies, and industry
initiatives.
By accepting this, you authorize the Responsible Party to transmit your personal data to any
national or foreign third party, so that the Responsible Party can fulfill all the purposes for
which you provided your personal data in accordance with the second section of this privacy
notice.
It is understood that the third party to whom your personal data is transferred will be bound by
the same terms and conditions set forth in this privacy notice.

signature, electronic signature, or any authentication mechanism established for this purpose.

order to address legislative or jurisprudential developments, internal policies, new
requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products, and market practices.
